What is this in relation to, ie why is it needed? |

It's helpful for consuming this information from other programs without having to scrape the tables. Example being this WIP tool which will show diffs on the sizes of circuits on PRs |

This PR adds a hidden
--jsonflag tonargo infowhich formats the information printed to stdout as JSON. This is then easier for other programs to parse and use.I've made this a hidden flag for now so I can iterate on the exact format without it being a breaking change.
