Description

Problem*

Resolves #2054

Summary*

When UnaryOperator::MutableReference was added we started calling .eval() only lazily on mutable variables so that we could get access to their reference for &mut x without copying it. I've changed this to split the code paths entirely and create a new evaluate_reference_rhs function to return the proper reference. This way other expressions can go back to copying each variable when it is used.
