Mu-Niu-Dockerized-Application

A simple Flask web application that provides motivational workout reminders. The app is containerized using Docker and can be deployed locally or in any containerized environment.

Requirements

Getting Started

1. Clone the Repository

git clone https://github.com/your-username/flask-workout-reminder.git
cd flask-workout-reminder

2. Build Docker Image

docker build -t flask-app .

3. Run Container

docker run -d -p 5001:5000 --name flask-app-container flask-app

4. Access the App

Open your browser and navigate to http://localhost:5001
