`ArrayBuffer` instances do not have `.length` property. Instead they have `.byteLength` property. Fixed that in the description of `new Buffer(arrayBuffer[, byteOffset[, length]])` and `Buffer.from(arrayBuffer[, byteOffset[, length]])`.
