This adds the newest English Wordnet, 2024 edition.

The previous wordnet2021 and wordnet2022 should now be considered obsolete (cf. this comment). So the intention is to do a drop-in replacement with the same package name (english_wordnet) for any future updated version.

Let's try this data, so that the check can pass in the corresponding nltk PR (nltk/nltk#3337).

Are you proposing a change in practice, that we don't reflect wordnet releases in the nltk_data package name?

Yes: I don't mind the current practice, but the English Wordnet project releases a new version each year, making all previous versions useless.
