chore: allow unreachable pattern in macro getsockopt_impl #2470

What does this PR do

In our most getsockopt_impl!() implementations, match <$ty>::try_from() will always succeed, making the Err(_) branch unreachable, however, we have to allow this because one exception: SockType.
