I moved the hypervisor section to m1n1 and added back the m1n1 header, but I'm unsure of how to write the documentation. So I'm converting as a draft and I'm fine with y'all force pushing on my branch for the changes. |

Added docs on proxyclient. Note that building a recent m1n1 requires Rust, and thus using the m1n1 devshell from nixpkgs requires using a nixpkgs including NixOS/nixpkgs#480344 |
