Version 0.9.8.1

This is a small bugfix release which fixes the issue of the local port always being zero, which got introduced by the 0.9.8 release.

This is mostly a maintenance release.
The code never compiled with gcc-10 new default -fno-common option. So most of the global variables got turned into local variables. The one noteworthy change is that we dropped support for ruli, because it doesn't appear to be maintained upstream.

Version 0.9.7

After 13 years finally a new release.

This is mainly a maintenance release for all the bugs fixed, but quite a few new command line options have been added over the years as well. Please check the ChangeLog file for more details.
