adding color parameter to heatmap function #495

I was asked by a user to render a heatmap table using green instead of red! Because "red" is hard-coded, I was forced to create a new version of the heatmap function.

Thanks for the PR! I will likely expand it a bit before merging so that it uses the rendererOptions mechanism.

You can now specify a custom color scale function, see the example here: http://nicolas.kruchten.com/pivottable/examples/montreal_2014.html
