Goodbye Webkit

The latest version of Coffee is now available 2.2.0! In this milestone we have worked to remove Gtk webkit from the application and use native widgets in it's place, the settings dialog has also been revamped to include all news sources from NewsAPI instead of only selected sources

• updates view to remove webkit gtk
• change to settings view to pull all news sources from NewsAPI
• support for Ubuntu 18.04, 18.10 & 19.04
