Description
Rename the pattern sub headings to align with GOV and allow for simpler page titles and better structuring of them as we add more patterns.
Need to decide how to deal with page URLs. Really they should be updated too, but this will break incoming links, so perhaps we can create redirects? I don't know how to do these though.
