docs: remove any Ivy mentions

This commit removes all mentions of Ivy from our documentation because it's no longer necessary. Ivy was released with Angular 9, several years ago. ViewEngine was dropped at the same time. Consequently, the Ivy compiler has been the default for several years as well.
