Rewrite terminal version of nf-core launch #2464

Description of feature
The CLI / terminal version of nf-core launch has always been pretty clunky. I don't think many people use it, majority opting to use the web version for obvious reasons.
We will rewrite the web-based nf-core launch to take it out of the actual online website (see #2463) and this would be a good time to also rewrite the terminal version.
Instead of using a series of Questionary prompts, we should build this using Textual.
