Tighter integration on apps within Nextcloud ecosystem

Regarding placement, since we don’t have a sidebar in the Talk mobile apps like in Files, the row of icons could simply go into the account switcher, below the "Set status" of the current account and above the dividing line.

Apple is very restrictive in what we can do in UIMenu elements, so we don't have a lot of options here.

Note: This can only be rendered on iOS 16 and later. It is not possible to have this kind of layout in earlier versions.

Personally it feels a bit weird to me to put it there, as we have a clear order now: active account (status), inactive accounts, global functions (settings/add account).

Another option would be to put it in the settings menu (above the "Other accounts" section), much like the iOS Files app is doing right now in the "More" tab:

@SystemKeeper I would be fine with both, although I prefer the first, more direct option. :) In Files, it is also reachable via 1 tap (on "More"), and in Talk it would be nice if it’s similar.
