Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently in the Nextcloud Outlook integration we have the ability to invite recipients of appointments easily to Nextcloud Talk. The feature itself works well, however for every appointment we create a new room and is not re-used afterwards. This can quickly generate a lot of rooms which only have a one time purpose for a specific meeting.
Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally, let rooms expire optionally (like fshares) and archive/delete them automatically.

AFAIK the same happens for native calendar events. When an event with a Talk room is created, a new room will be spawned. It would be handy to have them time out as well.
Or alternatively (but unrelated to this issue) have the calendar giving the option to pick an existing room, which could be interesting for recurring meetings.
