Reenable travis testing

Currently there is a problem with the travis build system. This should be solved to have tests back.

Currently I am a bit out of ideas why the installation is not working. I see only the message

$ ./occ maintenance:install -vvv --no-interaction --database-name oc_autotest --database-user oc_autotest --admin-user admin --admin-pass admin --database $DB --database-pass='pass' --database-host localhost

The command "./occ maintenance:install -vvv --no-interaction --database-name oc_autotest --database-user oc_autotest --admin-user admin --admin-pass admin --database $DB --database-pass='pass' --database-host localhost" failed and exited with 255 during .

Does anyone know what is the cause for this issue?

I can't solve the problem, but we could use this Travis configuration or this as a guide.
