Adds Unix Dashboard and images

Summary

This dashboard quickstart is for the Unix Monitor.

The Unix Monitor README indicates that there should be a Unix Dashboard in Quickstarts but it didn't exist.
I took the dashboards in the monitor's resources and updated them to include newer features now available (update data on the Unix event types, marking data sources as numbers, etc).

Pre merge checklist

Dashboards
