Support pluralised COT names URLs

Proposed functionality

• GIVEN a COT X with a plural name Xen
• WHEN I explore the API or GUI the list view for objects of type X
• THEN the URL includes Xen, not X

Use case

NetBox core objects support pluralised API names, e.g. https://demo.netbox.dev/dcim/devices/

Uniformity aids automation so fixing this will reduce user burden when working with custom objects

The challenge here is that we encourage users to use non URL friendly strings (spaces etc) by calling the plural field "Readable plural name".

Options:

1. Use the plural name in URLs and have users accept %20 characters etc
2. Use some sort of slugify-able validation on the plural name

We will add a third field on COT creation called URL Base Name or URL Name so that users can choose how the plural shows up in both the GUI and API.

This should regexed against slug friendly values.
