CHANGELOG stamp for #7028 (@starship-s), merged in 108841b. Docs-only.

The composer's 'Reconnected' status pill now auto-dismisses (1s; fallback notices 4s) instead of lingering next to the send button — a mobile tap-target crowding fix. Gate at exact head 82c91ae: Codex SAFE TO SHIP, Opus 4.8 GREEN/APPROVE, 23/23 CI green, plus a live CDP before/after drive (mobile+desktop) proving the pill shows then clears. Screenshot-approved by maintainer.

Tagging exp-v0.52.225 on this merge commit.
