i18n(ja): translate 80 missing strings in Japanese locale

Thinking Path

The Japanese locale block (ja) in static/i18n.js contains 1,282 translation keys, but 83 of them retained their original English values. I wrote a comparison script to enumerate all mismatches, then translated all meaningful keys into natural Japanese. Three keys were intentionally left in English (see below).

What Changed

Keys intentionally kept in English

Key	Reason
mcp_field_url	"URL" is universal
session_toolsets_placeholder	Code-style input placeholder (tool1, tool2, …)
yolo_pill_label	YOLO is a well-known acronym, same in ja context

Why It Matters

Japanese users see raw English strings in the MCP tools panel, plugin settings, /goal command output, and other areas. These gaps break the otherwise complete Japanese UI experience.

Verification

• Ran a Node.js comparison script against all 1,282 keys in both en and ja blocks; untranslated count dropped from 83 → 3 (all intentional).
• No runtime logic changed — only string values in the ja locale map.
• The file remains valid JS (no syntax errors; tested via vm.runInNewContext in the comparison script).
