Hi, I just released deduce 2.0.0 which has breaking changes, also breaking deidentify it seems. For now I fixed it by pinning <2 in the requirements.

Is this project still actively maintained? Deduce 2.0 supports structured annotations now, we could incorporate it here and probably deprecate some of the wrapper code. I intend to make more changes to the rule-based logic in future releases as well. Lemme know! -Vincent

Dear Vincent, we are trying to use this toolkit, indeed with the "pip install -U 'deduce>=1.0.2,<2' workaround. However, it seems that deidentify is not working on the latest versions of Python either. Did you get a reply on your proposal?

Hi Marijn, no unfortunately I never got a reply as far as I remember. I don't see a lot of activity so I'm afraid this project is no longer maintained.
