wazuh and wordpress were exempt from the manifest gate because v3 injection had no Basic variant, which left them in the catalog and uninstallable. The generator now emits a basic injection carrying only the username, wordpress ships the schema assets its manifest already referenced, and the exemption list is empty so all 18 tools produce a manifest.

basicinjection target. This one is inert without it: the manifests publish, but a host that does not understand the target will refuse the credential.
