Update FEATURE_PARITY.md with the latest OpenClaw releases from March 11 through April 30, 2026. Adds entries across infrastructure, channel-specific features (Telegram, Discord, Slack, Mattermost, Lark, QQBot, BlueBubbles, Voice Call, Google Meet, Yuanbao, WeCom), and other core capabilities (OpenAI-compat endpoints, OpenTelemetry/Prometheus exporters, outbound proxy routing, diagnostics bundles).
