The features here allow for the calculation of traction on the host, using data from NekRS, so that it can be passed on to another application (e.g. Tensor Mechanics, Diablo etc).

  • Optimise rate-of-strain tensor tests for runtime (avoid restart file if possible)
  • add tr_x/y/z automatically in NekRSProblem when FSI-related options are enabled
  • add tests for traction calculation
  • remove extraneous error handling code from direct stiffness average routine in NekInterface.C
