SHAピン留め(3d3c42e5aac5ba805825da76410c181273ba90b1)は公式のv7.0.1タグと一致することをGitHub APIで確認済みで、コメントのバージョン表記も正しく更新されています。変更内容は軽微でセキュリティ寄りの修正(デフォルト入力時のunsafe PRチェックスキップ actions/checkout#2518、ブランチ名のASCII空白のみトリム actions/checkout#2521、--unsetへ渡す値のエスケープ actions/checkout#2530、依存更新)であり、破壊的変更やAPIの変更はありません。
本ワークフローはpersist-credentials: falseかつ最小権限で利用しているため、これらの変更による悪影響はありません。問題は見つかりませんでした。
