Minor bug fixes

• Fixed an issue when too many notifications need to be acted on

Better default file locations and reconnection support

• Default setting and icon cache locations have changed per XDG standards
• Should avoid re-fetching already cached app icons
• Reconnect on disconnect/computer sleep has been greatly improved
