Users may be confused of the two CodeQL workflows. Multiple jobs may run at the same time.
Describe the solution you'd like
Make it clear that there is an analysis for osal using the cFE configuration build. Rename codeql-build.yml to codeql-cfe-build.yml. Rename the workflow from "CodeQL Analysis" to "CodeQL Analysis cFE Build".
Add the multiple jobs action so the workflow does not run multiple times.
