Update EDS based on latest compatibility testing

Describe the bug
The CTF/CCDD JSON files produced by the EDS tool from the XML files (see nasa/EdsLib#44) do not exactly match the current scripts.

To Reproduce
Generate JSON products from EDS, then run CTF-based tests using those JSON files, observe mismatch errors

Expected behavior
Should run cleanly - the generated JSON files should be fully compatible with the existing JSON files.

System observed on:
Test/Validation VM

Additional context
This means there are a few cases where the EDS file does not exactly match how it is currently implemented. Things like missing "Spare" bits, or a different width type, etc.
