There are a few things in the IP Transfer Agreement.pdf that caught my attention
- Amendment of Agreement
Freelancer group my amend or modify this Agreement in whole or in part from time to time, without notice...
IANAL, but what kind of agreement is that, if it can be modified by one party as they wish?
- Entries to Contests
The Seller grants the Freelancer group a non-exclusive... right to use the Work free of charge for any purpose.
This means the Freelancer group can use nano Framework logo for any purpose (!?)
I am not sure what to do about that, if anything at all, I just wanted to point it out.

Not sure how to answer those.... we are probably OK with just not adding that agreement document there. Instead I'll keep it internally and we'll just add a credit to the designer as it was promised in the freelancer contest. Do you agree? |
