[suggestion] add a toolbar button or a keyboard shortcut

hi ... i am jus trying this plugin, looks very promising, i believe i will be happy as everyone had tried say

but i still tend to press the "normal" serial monitor toolbar button, screwing up this modified serial plugin.... next time i realize and remember to start again, a message popup shows saying i must restart the ide to reenable the modified console :/

will be nice if this plugin also have its own toolbar buton for quick open, and/or a keyboard shortcut at least

or better.... make the "modify serial monitor" menu a toggle (checkbox) to replace the default serial monitor, so everytime default serial monitor is opened (from menu, toolbar or wherever) the modified serial monitor were opened instead ... that will also prevent mistakes opening the default monitor thus messing up the modified monitor
