Names of frames and images are extracted by default.

Changed command-line arguments usage, flags take arguments after '='. and "--" can be used.

New and unfiled Anndrzem

Thanks to Dove's wrapper ann decoder no longer needs temp files to decode some animations, so it should extract more files from directories with restricted write function. Also because of that it should work faster now.
