Summary

  • rename the System.Text.Json integration to Json.Masker.SystemTextJson and update the solution/test references
  • refresh shared build props to emit symbol packages, set repository metadata, and remove the SIL changelog task in favor of static release notes
  • overhaul the publish workflow to support manual runs, coordinated GitVersion packaging, GitHub release updates, and conditional NuGet pushes, plus add a placeholder README for the packages
