ReadTheDocs builds are broken.

There is an error message like this:

Error

The key conda.environment is required when using Conda or Mamba.

For example this build coming from this pull request.

My assumption is that it is due to a change introduced in version ReadTheDocs version 10.15.1, and in particular this pull request.
