1. Add a dynamic from the dynamic palette

• In 4.5.2 the pop-up appears below the added dynamic
• In nightly, it appears over-top of the dynamic

What is the latest version of MuseScore Studio where this issue is present?

OS: macOS Sequoia (15.5), Arch.: arm64, MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.6.0-251880327, revision: github-musescore-musescore-4965cf1

Yes, this works in the latest released version and is broken in the nightly builds

There's a task slated for 4.6 (#28408) to fully suppress the popup when a dynamic is added from palettes.

That would make this moot, so I am going to raise that issue from a P3 to a P2.
