fix(grpc): pass by modelpath

Instead of trying to derive it from the model file. In backends that specify HF url this results in a fragile logic.

This pull request introduces a new ModelPath field to the ModelOptions message in backend/backend.proto and updates the relevant code to utilize this new field. The changes ensure that the ModelPath is used consistently across different parts of the codebase.

Additions and Updates to Model Options:

• backend/backend.proto: Added ModelPath field to the ModelOptions message.

Code Adjustments for New Field:

• backend/python/diffusers/backend.py: Updated LoadModel method to use ModelPath for constructing the LoraAdapter path instead of ModelFile.
• pkg/model/initializers.go: Added ModelPath to the gRPC options in the grpcModel function.
