Description
This PR fixes #1464 and adds coqui (https://github.com/coqui-ai/TTS)
Coqui supports also tortoiseTTS (https://docs.coqui.ai/en/latest/models/tortoise.html), so this actually closes #1016 too.
Notes
Some models actually requires to manually accept the TOC, so for instance, in the tests, I've searched for an apache2 model which does not ask any toc. This happens here: https://github.com/coqui-ai/TTS/blob/55c7063724ec28085f9a61210e3dd3e34753c4d0/TTS/utils/manage.py#L336 , however I did not tried anything here, but in the long term we can think of automatically accept it for the model.
