This is the form documented upstream, and as of Sphinx 7.1 this form is required when the SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH environment variable is set.

I noticed that these strings have a copyright date of 2014 while LICENSE has 2013. If you like, I can also adjust them to match LICENSE.

Thanks @musicinmybrain. 2014 seems correct looking at commit history, I'll update the license to match.
