Measured with torch's sync debug mode on klone, this takes Wan 2.2 from 9.85 to 8.85 GPU-thread syncs per step. The forward still does int(time_index.item()) at :456 and the UniPC sigma copies, so step N+1 still waits for step N there and the overlap this PR aims at cannot happen for Wan until those move too. Worth a line in the description so nobody expects a Wan gain from this one.

Added a visible line near the top: no Wan 2.2 speedup is expected from this PR, since its forward still syncs on
int(time_index.item())and the UniPC sigma copies; this one only takes Wan from 9.85 to 8.85 syncs per step. Moving those reads stays the listed follow-up.
