Update to version 0.2.0 of the spec

There isn't actually a v0.2.0 of the spec yet. From IRC on 2015-11-30: More broadly, see opencontainers/runc#405 for some discussion of whether/how runC will support multiple spec versions in a single binary. I expect ocitools will follow a similar approach to whatever runC uses. |
