Fix for 3DS Max7 SP1 on modern windows!
optional: compile the project
1.find your 3dsmax7 sp1 installation folder
2.and replace UIControls.dll and stdplugs folder from 7z in this repo.
3.copy 3dsmax.exe to 3dsmax_fix.exe
4.right click 3dsmax_fix.exe change its properties settings to run as admin.

dxdds.bmi are modified version of "Michael Lawler" release on https://maxplugins.de/
