EKUB-backend-node is a Node.js application built to handle user accounts and transactions. It provides a set of API endpoints to create and manage user accounts, deposit and withdraw funds, and retrieve account information. The application is built using JavaScript and utilizes various libraries and frameworks for seamless operation.
To install and set up the EKUB-backend-node application, follow these steps:

Clone the repository: git clone https://github.com/mrnpro/EKUB-backend-node.git

Navigate to the project directory: cd EKUB-backend-node

Install the dependencies using npm: npm install

Set up the environment variables by creating a
.env

Start the application: npm start

The application will be running on
http://localhost:3000
by default.
Once the EKUB-backend-node application is up and running, you can interact with it using the provided API endpoints. Here are some common use cases:

Creating a user account: Send a POST request to
/api/users
with the required user details to create a new user account. -
Depositing funds: Send a POST request to
/api/accounts/deposit
with the account ID and deposit amount to add funds to the account. -
Withdrawing funds: Send a POST request to
/api/accounts/withdraw
with the account ID and withdrawal amount to deduct funds from the account. -
Retrieving account information: Send a GET request to
/api/accounts/:accountId
to fetch the account details, including the account balance and transaction history.
