mpv does weird resizing when going fullscreen with AMD

• 2020.12.06 (i've tried newer version)
• Windows 10 Pro 21H1
• chocolatey
• If known which version of mpv introduced the problem

Reproduction steps

Have amd polaris card like mine (RX 560), launch any video in mpv, go to fullscreen, observe weird resizing of the video. If use d3d11-flip=no this resizing does not happen.

Expected behavior

No weird resizing.

Actual behavior

Weird resizing.

This can be problem with AMD driver, dunno.

I can't reproduce this on my RX570 with latest drivers/mpv. That said I still have problems with Vulkan fullscreen when opening MPV without content ( #8008 ) .

Another resizing problem I noticed from /PowerToys community is mpv and mpc-hc not resizing on fancyzones. This step should have been able to resize the window within the defined range of window segmentation.
