Let's leave this one simmer for a week - the changelog mentons testing-library/react-testing-library#1137, "Prevent "missing act" warning for queued microtasks", but our tests suddenly output a bunch of

Warning: An update to ForwardRef(LinkComponent) inside a test was not wrapped in act(...).

and a failed test due to something being called too often. I imagine the interplay between forwardRef and whatever they did for act might not be great?
