Display toolbar when URL bar selected

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Firefox for Fire TV.
2. Add the TV Guide Channels using the adb shell am start -n org.mozilla.tv.firefox/org.mozilla.tv.firefox.MainActivity -a android.intent.action.MAIN --esa activeExperiments TvGuideChannels-2195:B command
3. Launch FF for fire TV.
4. Select the Tiles section and scroll to the right.
5. Select any other tv channel and scroll to the right.
6. Scroll from the top to the bottom.

Expected behavior

There should be a correct adjustment in page for the menu overview.

Actual behavior

The elements from the menu overview are not correctly displayed.

Device information

• Fire TV device: Fire Stick 2nd Gen
• Latest affected Firefox version: Firefox TV v3.10-LAT4
• Earliest affected Firefox version: Firefox TV v3.9
• Turbo Mode: With both On and Off

Notes

Please note that for v3.9(latest release) this issue also occurs even if there are no TV Guide Channels on.

Hey @abodea can you clarify what you mean by "correct adjustment"? I can't tell from the screenshots what the issue is

Hey @athomasmoz sorry for the late response, I don't know how I missed this.
What I wanna say is when I scroll up or down, the elements I marked in my attachments for example top bar are not entirely displayed, I have to scroll a little bit more.
In the top bar example there is the URL bar selected and my proposal was if they are so close to each other, it would be nice when the URL bar is selected to see the full top bar.
It is related more to the arrangement in the page/menu overview.
