Hosting moved to Vercel

Ported site back over to SSR from Static Gen.
Fixed some misc. console errors.

Moved menu control into a Vuex store.
Resolved killscroll on navigation issue.

Patched Static Gen Migration

This patches any of the issues not caught in the initial push to move from SSR to Static Gen and host on Netlify.

Static Generation and Netlify

Added dynamic routes to the nuxt.config.js to allow for the site to be static generated rather than server side rendered.

Migrated off of AWS to Netlify.
