In order to get any kind of IDs on Discord, you'll need to enable developer mode on your Discord client.
Open up your Discord Client and click on the little gear to the right of your username at the bottom left of the screen to open up the application's settings.
On the left sidebar, click on Appearance and enable the Developer Mode setting under Advanced.
Now, in order to copy an user's ID, just right click their name on the member list and hit Copy ID, the ID will be copied in your clipboard.
Similarly, to get the text/voice channel's ID, right click its name and hit Copy ID, it will also be copied to your clipboard.
Lastly, to get the server's ID, right click the name of the server and hit Copy ID, just like for the previous, it will also be copied to your clipboard. The ID for the first text channel that was created on the server may be the same ID for the server.
