Description
This PR updates the snowbridge fork commit so that the relayer can support fulu hard fork.
Note
The commit is of open PR in snowbridge fork: moondance-labs/snowbridge#21
Once the PR is merged, the commit will be updated to reflect head of
tanssi-main
