Consistent reminder wording (hasn't/doesn't) #223

Before we had slightly inconsistent phrasing:

  • "This incident hasn't got a lead"
  • "This incident doesn't have a severity"

Now they are consistent.

  • "This incident doesn't have a lead"
  • "This incident doesn't have a severity"
