In preparation for PHPLIB-430, this ensures that relevant functionality works on replica set clusters with a single
mongosnode.Note: tests related to change streams are disabled on this cluster while I investigate an issue with
getMorecommands not returning data on the first call after inserting data and only returning data on a subsequent call togetMore.
