This updates the connection string tests to the latest version from the specifications and fixes the
uri-parserto catch malformed URIs early.🍐 'd on this with @mbroadst. Ideally at some future point we'll have a grammar for the connection string, but in the meantime we'll use Node's
urlmodule to check for malformations.PS sorry about the commit username, I will go and fix that right now haha.
